The booths are simple and so is the decor, but it's all meant to be as straightforward as the friendly service and food. Secondly, when the garage door is up, Berkeley's becomes one of those magical open-air places–with seats on the outside and the insides–and there's a great feel of the breeze and the sounds of the bustling neighborhood beyond the patio.
